Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Diamond Jim LeatherWorks wants everyone to be able to view our work and get in touch, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means most of the content meets the standard, with the exceptions noted below. We assess conformance by manual review — keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader spot checks and contrast measurement — rather than by automated scanning alone.

What we have done

Known limitations

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile, together with the screen readers built into those platforms (VoiceOver and Narrator) and with NVDA. It does not support Internet Explorer.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from finding what you need, please tell us — it is treated as a fault to be fixed, not a request. Email diamondjimleather@gmail.com, describe the page and the problem, and we will reply within five business days and tell you how and when we will address it. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.

Assessment and review

This statement was prepared on July 21, 2026 following a manual review of the site. We review accessibility when we make significant changes, and at least once a year.
